  fig2vect

package.

The fig2vect program converts figures from jFig, XFig and WinFig to 
MetaPost, EPS, PDF, TeX and SVG.

Bugfix: Previous versions of fig2vect cut the wrong
end of an arc if only one arrowhead was attached to the arc.
This is fixed now.
