v1.5:
- No change other than version number to notes2bib package
- Bundle now includes xnotes2bib, an excremental
  re-implementation of notes2bib using the LaTeX3 syntax from
  the expl3 bundle
- The experimental re-implementation uses a revised set of
  options: please read the documentation for details.

Feedback on the new experimental package is encouraged.
