Summary description: Update of the DNA and protein sequence alignment LaTeX package TeXshade
License type: lppl

Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This update finally corrects problems with displaying sequence alignments in
landscape mode. New commands were introduced to select and define residue weight
tables (PAM250, PAM100, BLOSUM62, etc.) for calculations of sequence
conservation. Another set of commands allows you to print tables with percent identity
and similarity data.
