- It is planned in the future that sync target of bxjsreport class will
be jsreport rather than jsbook + report. This change can be adopted now
by specifying the class option 'layout=v2'.
- New engine option 'platex-ng'.
- New environment 'chapterabstract'.
- New option 'hyperref-enc' and 'whole-zw-lines'.
- Sync with jsclasses 2017/03/03.
