Adds environments for displaying verbatim or formatted source code,
user-interface displays, and sidebars with titles.

Adds macros for formatting the names of objects such as booleans and
counters, packages, programs, files, file types, internet objects, user
entries, and the names of certain programs.

Adds logos, dashes and slashes.
