 - Fix bug with \parafootsepX when the footnotes are called outside of
   a numbered section.

 - Fixes incompatibility between lineation by \cs {pstart} and (a)stanza.

 - Makes commands like \cs {hidenumbering} work at the very beginning
   of a verse when the first argument of \cs {setstanzaindents} is
   equal to 0.
