This is a bug fix release: kerning between Italic and BoldItalic
Latin and Greek letters and their subscripts has been corrected,
thanks to Oliver Natt for pointing out this issue.
Four characters added: U+2AB1 to U+2AB4
(\precneq,\succneq,\preceqq,\succeqq).
