Langnames v2.0 debugs, improves and adds new funcionality to the new
package, in addition to presenting a new co-author: निरंजन
(https://ctan.org/author/niranjan).

Namely, it corrects a breaking bug with a stray csname macro, it switches from a
key-value to a much faster command defining framework for linking codes to
language names, and it adds new macros for users to extend the functionality
of the package.
