In preparation of the 'knuth-pdf' and 'knuth-hint' packages for TeX Live 2024,
the 'pwebmac.tex' macros received minor changes. Also, the 'makeall' script was
improved, e.g., it makes use of the new '-p' option of WEAVE to '\input
pwebmac', and several script options are applied by default.
