 Version 5.1 of diffcoeff adds a note to log file and terminal
 (rather than throwing a general LaTeX error) should the now
 redundant ISO package option be encountered and tweaks
 documentation accordingly. This was overlooked in the major
 changes introduced with version 5.0.
