Summary description:  HINT collection of typeset C/WEB sources in TeX Live

Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------

 This updated version of the 'knuth-hint' package incorporates all
 changes made to the C/WEB sources and the TeX Live specific changes
 for the 2023 release of the software.

 Note that as of TeX Live 2023, HiTeX produces HINT output version 2,
 so an updated Hintview program is required;
 see https://hint.userweb.mwn.de/hint/hintview.html for details.
