Changes since the last version:

- Add `\cpagerefthe` and `\Cpagerefthe`, the "crefthe" version of `\cpageref`
  and `\Cpageref`
- One may now write `\setcrefname` for `\crefthevariantname` and similar for
  the uppercase version
