 This package for TeX & LaTeX calculates a numerical expression
 containing fractions.  The result is given as a fraction.

 Important note.
 This package is intended to be educational and its writing and
 the description of all the technical points of the code are the
 subject of 6 videos on youtube
   (https://youtu.be/6lF4P6B3msw and the following ones).
 Therefore, it only has a short description in the README file.
 There is no manual or documentation.
