Summary description:  Typeset Python listings with LPEG

 New key 'path' to specify where the files loaded by \PitonInputFile
 will be searched.

 It's now possible to define styles locally to a given language
 (with the optional argument of \SetPitonStyle).

 Support of the language SQL (with detection of the names of tables
 and the names of fields).
