 Editing SIL's "Scheherazade New", making it better for Persian typesetting.

 Version:  1.1 2023-09-07 :
 - Added Persian language (FAR).
 - Improved italic fonts by slanting Persian/Arabic letters more so it is easier to recognize.
 - Proportional numbers with "pnum" feature.
 - Added kerning for Persian/Arabic letters.
 - Changed and improved dot positioning in initial and medial forms of "ب", "پ", "ت", "ث", "ن", "ی", "ي"
 - Added various common TeX characters like "dagger" and "double dagger"
