Changes since the last version:

- Added new options for list indentation
- Added new options for printing the body of certain theorem-type environments
  in italic shape (though I feel that emphasizing theorems in the presence of
  color boxes does not quite make sense)
- Improved CJK font configuration
- The READMEs for "lebhart" and "beaulivre" has been updated to include some
  instructions on font installation and configuration
