 - Improved package messages when issuing errors and warnings.
 - Code improvements.

 ### Fixed
 - The documentation no longer incorrectly compares `\ScaleFont
   with `\scalefont` from the `scalefnt` package.
 - The internal function for the key `reset=preamble` now correctly
   initializes to `\prg_do_nothing:`.
