Extensive but routine additions and changes. Options for numerous element
macros: sfgarc, sfgline,sfgself, LCintersect, LEintersect, and others.
Systematic facilities for Filling and customizing element bodies.  New macros
ColoredV, cangle, definergbcolor. Added dpictools.pic macros to the manual.
Removed obsolete macros. Edits of the manual.
