Summary description:  Put a grey textual watermark on document pages

 2024-03-04 draftwatermark v3.3

 - Declare precedence rules with respect to other users (eso-pic) of
   the shipout/background hook. This fixes the background stacking
   order when using pdfpages

 And also (from v3.2, unreleased on CTAN)

 - Fix name of legacy package in \ProvidesPackage;
 - Fix version number of main package in \ProvidesPackage.
