Many bugs of Sunday, October 28, release eliminated.
Major new functions include vertical text boxes
(page within page, so to say) for Mongolian and Manju.

Documentation begins to take shape.

If you have MonTeX IV.04.08 already it is sufficient
to exchange texinput/mls.sty and doc/montex.tex against
the latest versions.
