CTAN submission -- thumbpdf v3.0

I have uploaded thumbpdf.zip in the /incoming directory
of ftp.dante.de. After unzipping it updates the files
in the directory
  CTAN:support/thumbpdf/

The licence remains LPPL 1.2.

New in version 3.0:
* The anti-alias parameters of ghostscript are supported
  and enabled by default.
* VTeX's PostScript mode are supported.
* Option --greek for Greek style mode (experimental).
* Signal handlers added for cleanup.

Thanks for the submission.  I installed it as suggested in
CTAN:/tex-archive/support/thumbpdf
replacing the old version.
