The mathdots packages provides the command \iddots for
diagonal dots slanting the opposite of \ddots. It also
modifies the LaTeX/plainTeX \ddots and \vdots so that they
change size with LaTeX's size changing commands (such as
\large), and also change size appropriately in sub- and
superscripts.
