what i did on my holidays (uk tex faq)

i have just installed, on ctan and on the web, a new release of the uk
tex faq.

changes:

1. this is the first time for ages that i've looked at the faq with an
editorial eye: this occupied some of the time on my holiday...

2. yet more rearrangement of the "section" structure of the faq; in
particular introducing new "fonts" and "graphics" sections.  the
"fonts" section hasn't had much technical work (though there is one
new contributed answer in there), but the first three answers in
graphics are completely new, and replace the old "using postscript
graphics".

3. several corrections and enhancements to existing answers, from
contributors.

4. a select few additions from my (huge) backlog of questions to be
answered.

[distribution builders will find a new copy of "detached" html files
in the usual place.]
