"Making TeX Work" on CTAN

i've just installed a file

  info/makingtexwork/mtw-1.0.1-html.tar.gz

on ctan here.  it's a copy of Norm Walsh's submission of the current
version of the free html version of the o'reilly book.

the root of the html tree is makingtexwork/html/index.html in the
expanded archive.

many thanks to Norm for permission to install the package.
