CTAN upload: the covington font material renamed covfonts

The covington font package has been renamed covfonts, to avoid a 
name clash with an existing package.  

Sorry about any confusion; thank you to the folks who pointed out
my oversight and also to the package author, Scott Pakin, for 
making the changes.
