Update of apacite LaTeX/BibTeX citation package that attempts to implement 
the rules of the American Psychological Association.  Still work in 
progress, but a big step forward from the 1994 version. Main changes: author 
indexing facility, additional code for compatibility with babel/backref/natbib.
