CTAN submission -- TrueType with teTeX tutorial

I have uploaded the file ttf-tetex.tar.gz to ftp.dante.de. Please replace
the files in CTAN:info/TrueType/ by its contents.

This upload contains the tutorial "Using TrueType fonts with teTeX and
dvips" that describes how to use TrueType fonts with teTeX, actually by
converting them to Postscript Type 1 fonts. It is not described how to use
TrueType fonts directly.

The section about updmap has been changed since it has been outdated in
the old version.

In order to save disk space, the postscript version of the description has
been omitted (there is a pdf version that should be enough).
