CTAN submission -- typogrid.sty

I have uploaded typogrid-1_00.tar.gz to ftp.dante.de. It contains the
new package typogrid.sty (License LPPL) which I suggest to put to
CTAN:macros/latex/contrib/typogrid.

This package produces a typographic grid on every page of the
document. That grid consists of vertical lines that devide the
text block into columns. This may be useful to get the horizontal
measures (distances etc.) into good values.
