Yesterday I erroneously installed Enn Saar's Estonian hyphenation patterns
in CTAN:language/estonian/eehyph.tex.  I just moved this file to
CTAN:language/hyphenation/eehyph.tex where it belongs.

I'm sorry for the confusion.
