A package has been updated at tug.ctan.org and teh changes should soon be
at your favorite mirror.

Thank you for the upload,
Jim

======================================================================

The following information was provided by the package's contributor.

Name of contribution: ushyph
Author's name: Gerard Kuiken
Location on CTAN: language/hyphenation
Summary description: extended US hyphenation patterns freely available
License type: dfsg

Announcement text given by the package's contributor:
- - ----------------------------------------------------------------------
In 1990, Gerard Kuiken published extended patterns for hyphenation of US
English (TUGboat 11(1)). Gerard has now graciously agreed to release
them under a Debian/FSF free license, hence this update.

The patterns themselves are unchanged since 1990, though Gerard may
release updates in the future for other incorrect hyphenations which
have come to light.

The ushyphmax.tex file was previously known as ushyphen.max.

Thanks Gerard!

Happy hyphenating,
Karl Berry (just the release droid)
