The Ednotes bundle for critical editions under LaTeX 
gets a functionality extension (notes from math mode), 
a fix (notes from center environments), and further 
minor changes. The math mode thing can also just be 
used for extending the \linelabel command from Stephan 
Boettcher's lineno.sty. For further details, see file 
CHANGES in the Ednotes CTAN folder.
