The floatrow package provides many ways to customise layouts of
floating environments; offers possibilities to put floats side by side,
to put caption beside float. All floats of one type could appear in one 
layout

This package co-operates with caption 3.0 package

Changes:

There was created \floatsetup stuff, analogous to \captionsetup 
in caption 3.0---the more flexible way to customising of float layouts.
