The fourteenth CTAN release has the following improvements:
* Added German translations by Lars Borchert.
* Lowered unnecessary RGB to CMYK conversion precision for all colours.
* Removed several bugs (thanks to Robert Rutten) in the text editor form 
  and added information label here.
* Hopefully fixed the looping automatic upgrading.
