Two related packages have been updated on tug.ctan.org and should have
already appeared at your favorite mirror.

Thank you for the update,
Jim Hefferon

Name of contribution: NCCLATEX bundle

Summary description: Improved support for Cyrillic
License type: lppl

Announcement text given by the package's contributor:

Using non-ASCII symbols in math mode is very limitted in LaTeX (e.g.
cyrillic letters simply disappear when they typesetted in math mode). This
leads to many errors in typesetting LaTeX papers, especially for papers
converted from MS Word. The introduced light version of CP1251 input
encoding, cp1251-light, allows using common cyrillic letters in label
names and solves the problem of typesetting common cyrillic letters in
math mode.
