This is another update of the DNA and protein sequence alignment shading 
package TeXshade (v1.11). This update deals mainly with the exploitation of 
the recently introduced bar graphs and color scales which can be plotted in 
the feature lines along the alignment. Now, amino acid properties, such as 
hydrophobicity, charge and molecular weight, can be displayed as 
well as the degree of sequence conservation. Further minor improvements 
have been implemented.
