Text for announcement:

The NEdit LaTeX-Mode v0.9.1 is a package or set of macros, i.e. 
small programs, written in the NEdit scripting language.
It will turn NEdit, the Nirvana text editor, into an advanced
LaTeX editor. NEdit version 5.4 or later is required.

Changes from 0.9 to 0.9.1:
==========================

 - simple test if we are on MS Windows using MiKTeX
   (variable $windows was mistakenly set to "true", which 
    caused shell commands to fail on Unix/Linux)
 
 - enhancements for the spell-checking macro 
   (following a user request)
