Another update of the CTAN 15 release. This is a bugfix for the following:
* Offset of horizontal and vertical scrollbars caused shifting of the 
converted drawing. This bug was found by Robert Rutten.
* Moving the text form caused an incorrect setting of the object coordinates. 
The new object got the same coordinated as the last object drawn. This bug 
was found by Robert Rutten.
