CTAN update: xkeyval v2.1 and extract v1.5

On Tue, 8 Feb 2005, Hendri Adriaens submitted updates to his package 
extract and xkeyval.

xkeyval v2.1
----------------------------------------------------------
Added `immediate' versions of several macros that execute
key macros directly instead of appending them to a list.
These macros allow for interactive systems, but should not
be nested, whereas the normal versions can be nested.

1) Solved a bug in the options section
2) Avoided using to many counter registers
