Added to this package are TeX macros to use Eddie Saudrais's esint10 fonts
(and their Type 1 format by Martti Nikunen) under plain TeX.
A plain TeX sample and test file for the integral symbols is included.
Martti graciously agreed to include this material in with his existing work.
