Bugfix: In former versions the PDF output driver silently
aborted operation without error messages when problems
with embedded PNG images occured. This is fixed, an error
message was added.

Modification: the scripts/comment.txt file was changed.
Occurances of "--" were replaced by "-" except in the
comment delimiters.
SVG versions of the Ghostscript fonts with the old version
of comment.txt included were sometimes not processed
by Squiggle on Windows, although I think the old version
was syntactically correct too. The new version allows to
create SVG fonts which avoid the problem.
