LaTeX style file for putting fancy colored boxes around sections, 
subsections, and subsubsections, especially for use in posters, etc. 
Tested with IWIposter.cls, sciposter.cls, and article.cls. A manual 
and an example are provided. Current version 1.00, August 24, 2005.
