CTAN update: TeXShell32

On Thu, 20 Apr 2006, Dirk Struve submitted an update to the

  texshell32

package.

It is a new release of the Windows TeXShell WinTeXShell32.
License: GPL
Noticeable new features:
 - Unicode support
 - Support for spell checking (ispell, aspell) on Win 2000 and XP
