CTAN package update: dvipsconfig

Volker Kuhlmann has provided a new version of his dvipsconfig package.

> This is a set of PostScript header files which can be used to
> control the printer, like simplex/duplex printing, or the printing,
> like screen frequencies of images, or the addition of a grid
> underlay. These header files can be inserted with dvips -P into
> PostScript files generated by dvips, or with the addpsctrl script
> into existing PostScript files.

> New in this version is an upgraded addpsctrl script, and the mmgrid
> and a4grid grid underlays (grids are printed underneath the normal
> page content). mmgrid has its origin in the bottom left corner,
> a4grid in the top left corner.  Grids are useful for checking page

thanks for the upload; i've replaced the existing dvipsconfig on ctan,
and am updating the catalogue.
