CTAN package update: elsevier (elsart classes)

The elsevier classes have been updated: the directory
macros/latex/contrib/elsevier now contains .cls files and
documentation only.

Simon Pepping (of Elsevier) writes:

thanks for the upload.  i've installed the new version (and deleted
all the old files), and updated the ctan catalogue.
