On Sat, 28 Jan 2006 werner Lemberg submitted an update to the

  dehyphtex.tex

file, containing hyphenation exceptions for traditional German hyphenation
patterns.

I've updated the hyphenation exception file for traditional
German hyphenation patterns.  There are now 3766 entries
(compared to 1137 in the previous version).

This file now has an LPPL copyright message.
