The update fixes a problem with xkeyval and adds Norwegian definitions.
------------
The refstyle provides a consistent way of producing references throughout
a project. Enough flexibility is provided to make local changes to a single
reference. The user can configure his or own setup.
It has a direct interface to VARIOREF and namedref's from the NAMEDREF
package can easily be incorporated (if needed). For large projects such
as a series of books or a multi volume thesis, written as freestanding
documents, a facility is provided to interface to the XR package for
external document references.
The REFSTYLE package is BABEL compliant in that all language definitions
are added to the \extras<langauge> token list, enabling local and global
language changes through the BABEL language changing commands. Afrikaans,
Danish, English, German, Norwegian and Swedish definitions are provided ---
any other contributions will be appreciated.
