ctan package update: fmtcount

my upload daemon tells me:

i have installed the replacement as suggested, and have updated the
catalogue repository.  thanks for the upload.

the catalogue entry will be updated in the next hour or so; the package
itself will be at the other ctan sites in a few minutes, and mirrors
