Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
In the last years the babel suport for Spanish has had an important
progress thanks to the work by Javier Bezos. While the programed
features could be transfered almost verbatim to galician, this had
not happened till now, so I decided to tackle such task. The resulting
file galician.dtx is just the translation of spanish.dtx with a few
changes and a couple of new features.
