CTAN Update: oberdiek bundle -- pdfescape v1.0, bookmark v0.4

the 

  oberdiek

bundle.

New package:
 
 * pdfescape v1.0
   This package implements pdfTeX's escape features
   (\pdfescapehex, \pdfunescapehex, \pdfescapename,
   \pdfescapestring) using TeX or e-TeX.
 
 Updates:
 
 * bookmark v0.4
   Dependency from pdfTeX 1.30 removed by using package `pdfescape'.
   hyperref's bookmarkstype respected.
