CTAN has a new package: boldtensors

On Mon, 2 Jul 2007, Dr. Werner Fink submitted the

  boldtensors 

package to CTAN.

It provides bold latin and greek characters within \mathversion{normal}, 
by using ~ and "  as prefix characters.
